hello! My name is Hannah Cowan.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Postpartum Doula. I got into the field of nutrition so that I could learn to live my life without constantly dieting and fearing foods and so that I could share my knowledge with others. I have a passion for maternal nutrition, breastfeeding, postpartum care and mental health.
I grew up in the White Mountains in North Eastern Arizona and graduated with my B.S. in Dietetics/Nutrition from Arizona State University in Phx, AZ. I currently reside in Heber City, UT with my husband and daughter where I service clients virtually and locally within the neighboring towns and cities.
