Going over your medical history and discuss symptoms that are affecting your everyday wellbeing during our first 1:1 session. This could include: sleep, energy levels, bowel habits, mental health, physical activity and more!
I will send you forms to complete through a HIPPA compliant platform called Practice Better to gather comprehensive nutrition information before our session, so we don’t waste any time!
We will go over past diets and things that you have tried and discuss what worked, what didn’t and talk about why.
I’m not here to give you a cookie cutter plan. I’m here to help YOU figure out what makes you feel your BEST!
We’ll discuss your current eating patterns and relationship with food to find a solution that fits you best.
We will go over mindfulness and also go more into depth about what a balanced diet looks like for you to help you understand what your body needs and why.

I will calculate your needs and tailor it to help you meet your goals!
We will go over meal planning and find a system that fits your situation and goals.
You’ll pick one or two SMART goals to focus on to start.
SMART goals are ones that are: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Based.
Next, we:
Check-in with a phone or video call bi-weekly (ideally).
Checking in often helps me ensure you are getting the help you need and can help you be accountable to reach your goals!
We can reassess your goals and change them if needed, go over topics you’d like to discuss further, etc!
