No two people are the same, which is why I believe in helping people find what works best for them and their individual lifestyle.

Working with me 1:1 May be for you if:

  • Going through pregnancy and want to make sure that you and your baby are getting the nutrients you need throughout each trimester?

  • A new mom who needs some support navigating feeding your baby, your family, and yourself postpartum?

  • Someone who wants to improve their energy and overall health/diet and isn’t sure where to start?

  • Someone who has an idea of what to do and just needs some help and accountability along the way?

  • Someone who isn’t sure what to believe with all the conflicting information about nutrition and need some clarity?

  • Going over your medical history and discuss symptoms that are affecting your everyday wellbeing during our first 1:1 session. This could include: sleep, energy levels, bowel habits, mental health, physical activity and more!

    • I will send you forms to complete through a HIPPA compliant platform called Practice Better to gather comprehensive nutrition information before our session, so we don’t waste any time!

  • We will go over past diets and things that you have tried and discuss what worked, what didn’t and talk about why.

    • I’m not here to give you a cookie cutter plan. I’m here to help YOU figure out what makes you feel your BEST!

  • We’ll discuss your current eating patterns and relationship with food to find a solution that fits you best.

    • We will go over mindfulness and also go more into depth about what a balanced diet looks like for you to help you understand what your body needs and why.

  • Create a custom nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

    • I will calculate your needs and tailor it to help you meet your goals!

  • We will go over meal planning and find a system that fits your situation and goals.

  • You’ll pick one or two SMART goals to focus on to start.

    • SMART goals are ones that are: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Based.

Next, we:

  • Check-in with a phone or video call bi-weekly (ideally).

    • Checking in often helps me ensure you are getting the help you need and can help you be accountable to reach your goals!

  • We can reassess your goals and change them if needed, go over topics you’d like to discuss further, etc!
